Restaurant Staff Training Update-Konojel Project in Guatemala

Thanks to a generous grant from the Rotary Club of Southern Ulster, facilitated by Paul Daniels, we were excited to provide a restaurant staff training day. The ladies learned more about basic hygiene, safe cooking practices and customer service, as well as new recipes (including desserts!) and plate presentation. Chef Israel Marroquín was our guest instructor and the day was both profitable and enjoyable for all.
